An Innovation

I just did a little overhaul on the website. It's nothing too overt, but some direct access buttons have been added to the bottom of the screen. The overall size of the website is bigger now, so hopefully things are a bit clearer to look at. Also, we've modified the sections that they are now individual pages which means--you can now use the "back" button at the top of your browser and it won't send you all the way back to the intro movie-thing.

Spiro's MySpace page was added to the Links page as well.

Let us know what you think about anything, too. Tell us what you think of the updated site, the look of it, what you think could be improved/changed/removed. Even let us know what your favorite pictures or favorite songs are, etc.

In general news, Ryan and I are back recording after a short break and are busy trying to finish up the CD at an even 10 tracks. For those of you that know the old stuff, we're recording Ryan's rocker You Don't Need Me. We'll let you know of the other remaining songs as we get to them. We have a general idea of what we want to record, but things may change (though not likely) by the final pressings.

Keep a good thought, everybody. And thanks for everything,
-Dan

Sour News

Unfortunately, the two of us learned the bad news that Spiro was not among the bands chosen to perform at this year's Concerts in the Plaza musical event as we had hoped. It comes as a minor blow to Spiro, but we're pressing on and are hopefully going to start playing live shows this summer.

To send us your private condolences, click here. Please post any thoughts you may have toward this matter (and how much it stinks). And feel free to send Downtown SLO some letters of outrage.
